Additional Fees:

Additional charges for other pickup/drop-off locations (please pay the driver on-site) If the departure or return location covers the following areas, an additional charge will be applied depending on the route. The actual cost will be calculated based on the route booked by the traveler. Explanation of additional fees for non-service areas in Taipei/New Taipei: NT$300–500: Tamsui, Beitou, Xindian, Banqiao, Sanchong, Luzhou, Zhonghe, Yonghe NT$501–1000: Yangmingshan, Wulai, Jinshan If the itinerary starts or ends at Taoyuan Airport, an additional NT$1,000 will be charged. Please provide flight information in the remarks. If both pickup and drop-off locations are in non-service areas, additional fees will be calculated based on the actual route.

Overtime fees (please pay the driver on-site) 5-seater car: NT$600 / per car per 60 minutes 9-seater car: NT$700 / per car per 60 minutes

Child seat rental fee

Taiwanese law stipulates: Children under 4 years old are required to use an infant bed or safety seat; children aged 4 and above and under 120 cm in height are recommended to use a booster seat. Please note the child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking.

Infant seat: NT$200 / per seat / per day 9-seater cars can install up to 2 child seats 5-seater cars can install up to 1 child seat The above fees should be paid to the driver in cash on-site.

Purchase Notice:

• If you need to postpone, you must submit the request at least 7 days before the experience date. The postponement period for the product cannot exceed 20 days. You cannot change the original vehicle model or request to change the number and model of vehicles based on an increase or decrease in the number of people.
• If notification is given within 6 days (inclusive) before the experience date, postponement will not be accepted. If canceled, fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
• This itinerary provides driver shuttle service, meals, and attraction consultation, but does not provide tour guide services.
• The driver can communicate in basic English and is equipped with translation tools.
• Service personnel will contact you one day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to messages from mobile communication software.
• The reference vehicle model for a 5-seater car is TOYOTA Altis; the reference vehicle model for a 9-seater car is VW T5/T6. You cannot specify the car color or model, and the actual vehicle dispatched will be based on the arrangements for the day.
• A 5-seater car can accommodate a maximum of 4 people; a 9-seater car can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
• Some scenic areas in Taiwan may implement temporary traffic control based on daily crowds and traffic conditions. In case of traffic control, travelers may need to pay for shuttle bus transfers.
• This itinerary has a fixed route. The actual time spent at each attraction will be adjusted by the driver in consultation with the traveler based on the day's traffic conditions, weather, and on-site circumstances.
• If delays occur due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors, resulting in the inability to visit some attractions, please proactively contact the customer service center, and we will assist with partial refunds based on the actual situation.
• If you need to bring a wheelchair, no additional fees are required. Please fill in the wheelchair size in the order remarks to arrange a suitable vehicle.
• Eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting out the window, and littering are prohibited in the car. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver; if any items in the car are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation at the original price in cash on-site.
• Bringing any pets or animals into the car is prohibited. If pets are brought, the car company has the right to cancel the itinerary without a refund.
