- In winter, if there are special circumstances such as highway closures or restricted access to scenic spots, we will reduce or change the itinerary, and no refunds will be issued. The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance; it is recommended that travelers purchase their own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks; travelers should register cautiously based on their health conditions. After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, no fees will be refunded, and travelers will be responsible for their return journey or additional accommodation costs. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for a group, cancellation will be notified by email one day before departure. In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or blizzards, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 18:00 local time one day before departure and notified by email.
