How to use
Redemption information
- Grape varieties depend on seasonal and weather conditions and cannot be specified in advance. The harvest timing may vary depending on climate conditions.
- Depending on the number of participants, a medium or small bus may be used.
- The tour may be canceled or altered if the minimum number of participants is not met, or due to severe weather/force majeure. In such cases, notice will be provided at least 3 days prior to departure for day trips.
- Schedule and stay durations at each spot are subject to change due to traffic conditions. H.I.S. will not be held responsible for any additional costs (such as taxis or hotel stays) incurred due to traffic delays.
- Forgotten items will be kept for up to 2 weeks after the tour. Perishable food or drinks will be disposed of immediately.
- Pets are not allowed on this tour. The final drop-off location may differ from the meeting point.
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
- Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
- Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
- Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees.
- Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
- This tour runs even in the rain.A refund will only be issued if the tour is cancelled by the company due to extreme weather.
- If you have any food allergies, please inform the staff at the time of booking. (We will do our best to accommodate by removing applicable ingredients.)
- Please be aware that no refunds will be given for cancellations made at the customer's own discretion.
