• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time. Those who fail to arrive on time will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their participation, and our company will not bear any responsibility. Please take note.
• For those who do not participate in or withdraw from the itinerary midway due to personal reasons (such as being late, leaving the group on their own, etc.), the fees will not be refunded; any personal and property losses incurred during the period of leaving the group must be borne by the tourist themselves.

• The Pearl Skyway may be closed earlier than in previous years due to snowfall and snow accumulation. If the road is closed, the trip may be canceled.
• Due to adjustments in attraction operating hours, temporary closures, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary order, duration of stay, or end time may be subject to change. We appreciate your understanding.
• Buses may be delayed due to traffic conditions or weather. If you need to transfer to other transportation later, please be sure to allow ample time.
• Sometimes this itinerary may need to be canceled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather conditions. In such cases, please inquire to confirm the status of departures.
• The duration of stay at each attraction will be adjusted based on the road conditions, weather, and on-site situation of the day.
• This tour is for a small group of 4-9 people, with a Japanese-speaking driver also providing tour services. Please understand that communication other than in Japanese will be assisted by a translator.
