During holidays (September 25 to October 7), there will be a large volume of people, and gathering in advance is required. Customer service will arrange the gathering time based on actual conditions and inform the tourists. Thank you for your understanding. This product includes guided tour services. 1. Guided tour duration: 2 hours; morning session at 10:00, afternoon sessions at 15:00 and 19:00. 2. The fee includes the guide and admission tickets. 3. Guide equipment: Includes a tour guide explanation, optional headsets, with one receiver provided per person so you can listen as you walk. 6. Group size: Small joined groups (no more than 15 people per group). Other rules: 1. Children under 6 years old are free of charge. Those 6 years and older must purchase a ticket. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult. If you are traveling in a group, please purchase the number of shares according to the actual number of people. 2. In the event of temporary closure of certain attractions, we only provide exterior guided tour services for those attractions. 3. This is not a private tour product; it is a joined group, and you may share the tour with other tourists who booked this product. 4. If the number of shares you purchased does not match the actual number of people present, you will need to pay the difference in price; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service. 5. It is recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point 5-10 minutes in advance to avoid affecting your itinerary or that of other tourists. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the ticket will be invalidated, and entry to the Oriental Pearl Tower sphere will not be allowed. If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be deemed that you voluntarily waive this service. Major transportation is not included. You must arrive at the meeting point on time by yourself. Identification information must be provided for real-name registration at the scenic spot.
