• For changes to reservation details, departure date, number of people, etc., within 72 hours of departure, a handling fee of JPY 5000 per person will be charged. Please ensure the correct number of people and departure date before booking.
• In the event of a collision with other tourists during skiing, only on-site translation and communication assistance will be provided; medical or compensation expenses must be borne by yourself.
• For safety reasons, it is forbidden to walk up the ski slopes with handheld equipment in the ski resort. If you do not have ski equipment, entry to the ski resort is prohibited, and you are restricted to resting in the dining area.
• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as strong winds or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel this tour will be made by 18:00 on the day before departure. You will then be notified by email at any time.
• According to the ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, if you are not wearing ski clothing, you may not be allowed to ride the chairlift or use the ski slopes. Please be aware of this.
