How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 18:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via email or WhatsApp

Booking Requirements
- Charter service is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with the latest departure time being 12:00 PM.
- Free waiting time of 20 minutes for chartered vehicles.
- The above service covers a 10-hour, 100km radius within the city. If the vehicle travels outside the city and you are staying overnight in a different location, an additional €120/night will apply.
- For peak seasons such as Fashion Week, trade shows, and holidays, it is recommended to book 2-3 weeks in advance.
- Child seats/wheelchairs are not provided. If you require a child seat, please inform us before ordering so we can arrange one. The fee is €30, payable in cash.
- Pets are not allowed. For large luggage, please confirm the total number of people and luggage dimensions before placing your order.

Surcharge table
- Overtime Surcharge：60 euros/hour
- Over 100 kilometers: €3/km
- Nighttime fee (22:00-07:00): €30 per session
- If parking fees are incurred for designated parking, actual expenses will be reimbursed.
- Eating spicy or stimulating foods is prohibited inside the vehicle, and drinks must not be spilled. Any cleaning fees incurred due to spills or other reasons will be borne by the guest and reimbursed based on actual expenses.
