- The Turpan Museum is a complimentary item; no refund will be given if you do not go.
- The Turpan Museum is closed on Mondays, so instead, visit the Camel Bell Cultural Museum.

- Get up early and go to Urumqi Station one hour before the ticket time. Enter the station with your ID card for security check, pick up your ticket from the self-service ticket machine, and board the train. Take the bullet train to Turpan North Station (go to the self-service ticket hall at Urumqi Station at the time notified by SMS or phone the day before, pick up your ticket with your ID card, and board the train. The specific train number and time are subject to the travel agency's notification).
- The itinerary nodes are for reference only, and the specific itinerary is subject to the arrangements made by the guide or driver on the day. Due to special circumstances during the tour, such as local traffic control, extreme weather, reception capacity, and other unexpected factors, our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions visited or cancel the original tour plan, provided that the number of attractions visited is not reduced.
- For teams of 1-10 people, we will arrange an experienced driver and guide who will be responsible for purchasing tickets and recommending meals. If the team has more than 10 people, we will provide a professional tour guide.
- Regarding changes and cancellations: Please note that if the ticket has already been issued, applying for a refund at this time will incur a deduction for the ticket cost already generated.
- This itinerary is for a group tour of individual travelers, uniformly received and arranged by the Xinjiang Train Individual Traveler Service Center.
- If a traveler incurs economic losses due to force majeure, objective reasons not attributable to the travel agency, or personal reasons of the traveler, the travel agency shall not be liable for compensation. For example, if the group itinerary is changed, delayed, stranded, or prematurely ended due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, severe weather, train delays, or traffic jams, the travel agency shall not be held responsible. Any increase or decrease in expenses incurred as a result shall be handled by refunding the unspent portion to the traveler, and any overspending shall be borne by the traveler.
- High-speed train tickets are for second-class seats and are all electronic tickets. After issuance, changes or refunds require passengers to go to the railway ticket window with their original identification documents. All train tickets are issued randomly, and specific car and seat numbers cannot be guaranteed.
- Each scenic area has a shopping district, which is a basic commercial facility for the scenic area and not a designated shopping store by a travel agency. Please identify carefully, choose cautiously, and consume rationally. If your consumer rights are infringed upon, our company will assist you in handling related matters, but will not bear any related responsibility.
- The travel agency shall not be liable for any compensation if the itinerary is changed, sightseeing is impossible, delayed, stranded, or ended prematurely due to irresistible factors such as weather conditions (typhoon, heavy rain), natural disasters (earthquake), flight (train) delays or cancellations, car traffic jams (mechanical failure), etc. For any increase or decrease in expenses incurred as a result, our agency will refund the unused portion to the tourists according to the travel agency's agreed price, and any excess expenses shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if tourists voluntarily give up sightseeing temporarily due to personal reasons, expenses for accommodation, meals, transportation, etc., will not be refunded. The departure time for air tickets, car tickets, and boat tickets purchased by the travel agency on behalf of tourists shall be subject to the ticket itself; the travel agency shall not be responsible for flight/train/boat delays or changes caused by "train, ship, or airline" reasons, nor shall the travel agency bear all expenses incurred as a result (e.g., accommodation fees, meal fees, rebooking fees, transportation fees, etc.), but we will actively assist in resolving the issue.
- Please observe the scenic area warnings and itinerary arrangements. Do not enter restricted/undeveloped areas without authorization. Please visit and tour according to the regulations of the scenic area. Do not go on your own or leave the group. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from not visiting and touring according to the regulations.
- For safety reasons, minors under 18 years old and seniors over 65 years old must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour group. When seniors join the tour group, their family members and children must fully understand the itinerary content, intensity, and potential risks, ensure that the participant's health condition is suitable for this trip, and agree to and sign a written safety declaration for joining the tour. Adults who register for the tour with seniors or children are considered guardians during the seniors' and minors' participation in the tour. They are fully responsible and obligated to ensure the safety of minors and seniors throughout the trip, including but not limited to taking care of their diet and daily life, supervising their compliance with itinerary regulations, and ensuring their personal and property safety. Due to the limited service capacity of the travel agency, we are temporarily unable to accept tourists aged 80 and above to register for travel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- The Silk Road route is long, and the attractions are relatively spread out. Unlike inland travel, you need to be mentally prepared for "endless scenery on the journey." Please prepare cooling oil and medicines for diarrhea, motion sickness, altitude sickness, and other ailments.
- Xinjiang's climate is dry, and most of the Silk Road is Gobi Desert with strong ultraviolet rays, long sunshine hours, and strong winds and sand. Please be sure to prepare protective items such as sun hats, silk scarves, sunglasses, sunscreen, and lip balm.
- The temperature difference between morning and evening in the inland areas of the Northwest is significant. Even when traveling to Xinjiang in summer, you should bring a wool sweater and a warm jacket to keep warm at night.
- Return trip reminder: It is not recommended to book flight/train tickets for the same day as the group's return, as there may be special circumstances such as traffic jams on the way.
- To continuously improve service quality, please cooperate with your local tour guide to truthfully fill out the tourist feedback form before the end of your trip. This feedback form will serve as an important basis for evaluating the travel service provided. Travel agencies will not accept any subsequent disputes or complaints arising from false completion or non-submission of the feedback form. If you have any comments or suggestions during your trip, please raise them at any time during the tour, and we will address and resolve them for you as soon as possible, striving to provide you with a satisfactory travel experience.
- Due to the team's itinerary, tour guides and other staff from the travel agency cannot provide one-on-one service for every tourist. Before entering the scenic area, please listen carefully to the safety precautions explained by the scenic area staff or tour guide, including but not limited to tour routes, warnings about dangerous areas, prohibited behaviors, etc. Throughout the entire tour, please strictly abide by relevant regulations, do not leave the group without authorization, enter un开放 areas, or engage in dangerous activities. If an accident occurs due to personal violation of regulations, you will be responsible for the consequences. In addition, during the actual trip, without reducing the number of attractions and with the consent of the guests, the tour guide (driver) may make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary based on actual conditions such as weather and traffic, such as adjusting the order of visiting attractions, to ensure the smooth progress of the trip. Your cooperation is appreciated.
