Chuncheon Full-Day Tour with Gugok Falls & Skywalk

Highly recommend this amazing Chuncheon day trip! The journey starts with the Samaksan Lake Cable Car. Riding the cable car offers a bird's-eye view of Chuncheon's vast lake and rolling green mountains. The breathtaking lake view surrounded by mountains puts the entire natural landscape on full display. For lunch, we tasted authentic Chuncheon charcoal-grilled dakgalbi! The tender chicken grilled over charcoal is paired with fresh vegetables and rich sauce. The deep smoky flavor is the iconic taste of Chuncheon. Enjoying this steaming, hot meal after taking in the mountain views brings a deep sense of happiness. In the afternoon, we went to Gamzabat Café for coffee. The café features specialty potato bread, making it a great spot to slow down, take some photos, and rest before continuing the rest of the itinerary. Afterwards, we headed to Gugok Falls. Hiking along the lush, quiet, and serene woodland trail, we saw creative wooden signs along the way, as well as traditional prayer stone towers stacked by visitors. The air was cool and fresh, and the tranquil valley completely immersed us in nature. This itinerary perfectly blends mountain scenery, local food, a coffee break, and a light hike. Every stop is well-arranged, and it never feels rushed. If you want to experience the true beauty of Chuncheon, you must try this day trip route!

The scenery from the Samaksan Mountain Cable Car is truly stunning. I sincerely recommend that you must ride it! I usually stay in Seoul, so it was a rare and wonderful treat to visit the countryside. I also went to Potato Cafe—it's very cute and great for taking photos. Joining this day tour was so convenient, as it solved the most troublesome transportation issues, and there was even a friendly tour guide providing explanations!! I'd love to visit Chuncheon again given the chance!

had such a great time on the Global Chuncheon Crew tour! Everything was well organized, and the itinerary was really enjoyable. The lunch was especially amazing. The Korean BBQ was so delicious, especially the soy sauce marinated meat. It was definitely one of my favorite parts of the tour! The tour guide was also friendly and helpful throughout the day. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience exploring Chuncheon!
