- Regarding the tour guide's contact information: The day before departure, by 9 PM Japan time, we will notify you of the meeting location, time, and the tour guide's contact details via email! If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the "latest" one. Additionally, if your booking is completed after 6 PM on the day before departure, due to processing time, we will not be able to provide tour guide information and departure notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Regarding luggage, each person can bring one piece of luggage onto the vehicle for free. If you have more luggage, please inform the driver-guide on site for the additional part, and you can pay an extra 2,000 JPY per piece. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver-guide may ask you to arrange other luggage options, and this part of the fee cannot be refunded. So remember to let us know in advance so we can make proper arrangements for you!
- Regarding the driver and tour guide, for a small group of 4-13 people, the driver will also serve as your tour guide; for a bus tour of 14-45 people, there will be a driver plus a dedicated tour guide. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of the tour. We also want to remind you that the driver-guide's main priority is driving safety, and they will share explanations as much as possible.
- Regarding the meeting time, as this is a shared ride itinerary, to protect the rights of all passengers, we will depart on time. If you are accidentally late at the meeting point or attraction, we will not be able to wait for you, and no refunds will be issued. Please arrive early. Thank you for your understanding.
- Regarding the end time, the itinerary time will be affected by factors such as road conditions and weather. The times we list are for reference only. We recommend that you do not arrange other activities too tightly after the end of the day's itinerary. If there is an accidental delay, resulting in losses for subsequent itineraries, we cannot be held responsible for this part. Please understand and reserve some flexible time.
- Regarding playtime, it will be flexibly adjusted according to the situation on the day. In case of traffic jams or bad weather, the tour guide will discuss with you first, and with your consent, adjust the sequence without reducing any attractions, trying to make the itinerary still wonderful and fulfilling!
- Regarding early departure: If you wish to leave early or separate from the group halfway through the itinerary, it is permissible. However, any uncompleted portions will be considered self-abandoned, and no refund will be issued. Please be reminded that you will be solely responsible for any accidents that occur after your departure from the group.
- Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossom viewing, maple leaf viewing, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, and celebrations are easily affected by weather, and everything is subject to the latest official announcements. If there is no clear official notification of cancellation, we will proceed as planned; if the blooming period is not as expected or the activity is rather ordinary, refunds cannot be provided for this part. Thank you for your understanding.
- Regarding personal belongings when going out, it's best to bring as few valuables as possible. Please also pay close attention to your personal belongings. If they are accidentally lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the consequences. We hope you have a happy and safe trip.
- Regarding dining on board, please avoid consuming strong-smelling foods or ice cream-like items in the carriage. If any on-board equipment is accidentally soiled or damaged, compensation will be required based on the actual repair or cleaning costs. Please pay close attention to this.
- Regarding the tour language, this is a group tour, and you may encounter travel companions from different regions. The actual tour language will be based on the arrangements for the day, and we cannot guarantee that there will be staff providing services in Chinese, English, Japanese, or Korean. This will ultimately be decided by the supplier, and we ask for your understanding.
- Regarding the departure date, please be sure to depart on the date specified in the order! If you do not follow the order date and wish to change the date to use the service at short notice, the merchant reserves the right to charge an additional 100% fee on-site, or directly refuse to provide the service. Any consequences arising from this will be borne by you. Please pay close attention to the order date. Thank you for your understanding!

- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
