What to bring

• Sunscreen / Valid ID / Passport (with 6 months validity) / Student Card
• Cost includes: vehicle usage fee, fuel/electricity fee, road and bridge tolls, parking fee, driver service fee, driver's lunch, etc.
• Expenses not included: tourist accommodation fees, personal dining fees, entrance tickets or project consumption within the scenic area, and other personal expenses (such as dining, shopping, etc.);
• The chartered car service duration is capped at 10 hours/day, with no strict limit on the duration of stay at a single attraction. You, the tourist, can freely control your pace of play. Early termination of the trip due to a faster or slower pace, or not utilizing the full 10 hours of service, will not result in splitting or refunding the fee; the service can conclude by dropping you off at a hotel within Chaozhou city, where the service duration is capped at 9 hours. The service duration is calculated from when the driver arrives at the pick-up point and receives the tourist until the tourist is dropped off at the designated destination.
• Default departure time: 9:00 AM [can be flexibly adjusted according to your actual needs], regular service hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (24-hour system);
• The sightseeing route and duration are for reference only. You can add or remove attractions as needed. The driver will prioritize planning a route that avoids backtracking to reduce travel time. You can inform the driver of any adjustments to attractions/routes before departure or during the trip, and they will re-plan and adjust the itinerary for you at any time.
• For 5-7 seater vehicles, the service includes a driver who also acts as a guide. Under the premise of safe driving and safe parking, the driver will provide appropriate introductions or explanations of attractions to tourists, assist with taking photos, and other services. For 9-seater or larger vehicles, only driver service is provided. After order confirmation, the driver will proactively contact you (please provide your contact information) before 20:00 on the day prior to the start of the trip to confirm the final departure time and pick-up location. If no one contacts you after 20:00, please contact customer service for feedback.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
