"Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a route from Rome to nearby attractions , and so on. Also, provide the option that you can customize the route according to your needs.

How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos.   • Pets are not allowed. For large luggage, please confirm the total number of people and luggage dimensions before placing your order.
  • Eating spicy or stimulating foods is prohibited inside the vehicle, and drinks must not be spilled. Any cleaning fees incurred due to spills will be borne by the guest and reimbursed based on actual costs.
  • Child seats/wheelchairs are not provided. Please inform us before placing your order if you require a child seat. Urgent orders (within 30 hours of your scheduled pick-up time) may not be able to be provided.
  • The charter period is 07:30-22:00, and the latest departure time is 12:00
  • During peak travel periods such as fashion weeks and holidays, we will inform your company two weeks in advance.

Surcharge table

  • During holidays such as Fashion Week, Chinese New Year, Christmas, and National Day, there may be no available vehicles. A vehicle can be found at a proportional price.
  • Free waiting time of 20 minutes for chartered vehicles.
  • The above covers a 10-hour, 100km radius within the city. If the vehicle travels outside the city and the overnight stay is in a different location, an additional €120/night will be charged for the driver's overnight stay."
  • Overtime Surcharge：€60/hour
  • Maximum Daily Mileage：100km
  • Extra mileage：Over 100 kilometers €3/km
  • Night service surchage：Nighttime fee (22:00-07:00) €30 per session
  • If parking fees are incurred for designated parking, actual expenses will be reimbursed.
