Ha Noi from/to Ha Long by Daily Limousine

Great experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the vehicle was high quality and very comfortable. They even provided free water, which was a nice touch. The driver was fantastic and really took good care of us. Highly recommend!

Choosing a private car for our trip this time was incredibly convenient. We didn't have to deal with crowded transfers, and we could relax as soon as we got in the car. The driver was friendly and knew the roads well, making the entire journey easy and enjoyable. I'd definitely book again next time!

I remember this very review about foreigners being sent to the rear seat. This was my very experience, I found only lady seated just behind the driver. When I wanted to take a seat behind her, I was told NO back by the driver and he said somethingto the lady. I asked why can't I choose my preferred seat ,without consulting with driver,she said to me because we had book prior. I took the rear seat. One by one people were picked up and no one was ever told which seat to take.🤧

The ride was OK. Just I made a mistake of drop off place. I should be in Ha Long International Cruise Port to buy ticket but I drop off inTuan Chau. It is not obligation but would be nice if there will some local warm remind.

This trip started with a driver picking us up from the airport in a sedan and taking us to the company in Hanoi. From there, we transferred to a 9-seater luxury limousine that went straight to our accommodation in Halong Bay. The entire journey was very comfortable and gave us a strong sense of security. While it is true that the drivers generally have limited English proficiency, they followed the itinerary precisely. You can just relax and let them handle the arrangements!

It's scheduled 11:30am, when i called at 11am,the person who answered sounded like he just woke up. He doesn't even know my booking existed. I know for a fact that I booked last minute the night before, but they confirmed it so I'm expecting to be picked up at 11:30. When 11:30am came, they told us we will be fetched 12noon. They arrived 12:15pm with a bus fullnof passengers and barely no space for us 2. The seat I got was so dirty and full of trash. Very disappointing. I'm thankful that they still accommodate our booking but I was expecting better communication and on time schedule. We arrived 3hrs later in Hanoi.
