- (1) Children: Children aged 6 or under, or under 1.3 meters tall, are free.
- (2) Minors: Minors aged 6 (excluding 6) to 18 (including 18) receive half-price admission (student ID must be presented).
- (3) Students: Full-time university undergraduate students and below, promissory note
- (4) Seniors: Seniors aged 60 to 69 can enjoy a half-price discount (a valid Chinese mainland ID card must be presented for ticket purchase); seniors aged 70 or above can enter for free (a valid Chinese mainland ID card must be presented at the entrance for verification and visit).
- (V) Active military personnel are free (present their officer's certificate or soldier's certificate for verification at the entrance for admission); Fire and rescue personnel (Shenyang locals only) are free (present their valid identification for verification at the entrance for admission).
- (6) Persons with disabilities (including disabled veterans) are admitted free of charge. Blind persons, persons with double lower limb disabilities, and persons with moderate intellectual and mental disabilities may be accompanied by one person who will also be admitted free of charge (a valid disability certificate must be presented at the entrance for verification). Real-name registration is valid on the day of visit and limited to one use per day.

The Governor-General's Office of the Three Eastern Provinces was the seat of an important military and political institution in Northeast China during the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. It was also another renowned large yamen complex in Shengjing (Shenyang), following the Qing Dynasty Imperial Palace. Over a century of changes, the Governor-General's Office of the Three Eastern Provinces witnessed and bore the historical process of Shenyang and the entire Northeast region during the turbulent years of modern China, possessing significant historical and architectural cultural value. The former site of the Governor-General's Office of the Three Eastern Provinces has now been designated as a provincial-level cultural heritage site and is open to the public as a museum.
