Reviews
A interesting experience with a guided walk. Everything was well organized and it was beautiful looking at the displays in the cool evening.
Tour is engaging. Much more meaningful to have someone explain various artwork. This year night festival is well organized!
Upon arrival, there was no one there to greet us. When we asked the staff, they kept passing the buck. We paid, but no product was provided. Finally, after contacting customer service, they said the address had changed and an email was sent. However, KLOOK still directed us to the original address. We tried to get assistance for half an hour, but no one responded. After the scheduled time passed, customer service informed us that the organizer had changed the address. An extremely poor experience.
