About The Lost Legacy of Fort Canning: The Forbidden Hill
Step into the shadowed secrets of Bukit Larangan—the Forbidden Hill—through a 70-minute nocturnal trail where history, myth, and mystery converge.
Through immersive soundscapes and live traditional Malay dance and movement, be transported to the 14th-century world of Singapura: a kingdom that rose and fell, gold buried and never reclaimed, a freshwater spring that once sustained a settlement, and a shrine whose occupant no one can confirm…
But do not expect answers.
The hill does not give them easily. It has outlasted kingdoms, colonial administrations, and military occupations—and kept its secrets through all of them.
What awaits is something rarer: an encounter with mystery itself. A walk through a place that remembers what we have forgotten, and is still deciding whether to share it.
Bukit Larangan is waiting. Are you ready to climb?
