- 【Regarding infants under three years old】They can participate for free, but customer service must be informed in advance and a note completed. If not stated in advance, due to vehicle capacity limits, boarding may be refused on-site. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. No seat will be arranged; the infant must be held by a guardian throughout.
- [Tour Explanation Language Description] This is a group tour, and you may be joined by travelers from different language regions. The actual explanation language will be subject to the arrangements on the day of the tour. We cannot guarantee the provision of staff corresponding to a specific language (Chinese, English, Japanese, or Korean), and the supplier reserves the final decision-making authority. - 【Regarding Travel Date】Please be sure to use the relevant services according to the date shown on the order. If you do not travel on the order date, and arbitrarily change the travel date and request to use the service, the merchant has the right to charge an additional 100% of the fee (i.e., the full order amount) on-site, or refuse to provide the service. - You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Partial refund rules: If the Okuibuki Ski Resort is temporarily closed due to bad weather, this tour will be changed to an alternative ski resort, [Hakodateyama Ski Resort]. The refund and plan adjustment regulations are as follows: For travelers who choose [including clothing rental + ski equipment]: The price difference will be refunded (6,000 JPY per adult, 2,000 JPY per child). For other plans, no additional refunds will be given as there is no ticket price difference involved.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
