everything was fine but my area of seat was stuffy due to air-con unserviceable, they opened the back door for air ventilation. one of the staff a little rude, she raised her voice to pax because of getting out to the back door for fresh air. Her colleague then came to apologize to us. overall experience still good for having good time with ur loved ones
