Our tour guide, Axin, was very patient. We mistakenly thought the meeting time was 10:30 AM instead of 9:50 AM, and he waited patiently for us. Along the way, he shared information about local animals, culture, and travel tips. The itinerary was quite relaxed, and the farm was unexpectedly beautiful; it would have been even more stunning if the weather had been better. The little penguins were adorable.

The tour itself was fine, but I was disappointed by the mandatory $5 driver tip. It was only vaguely mentioned in the details and, even on the Chinese Klook page, this important note was written in English. In reality, the “tip” was compulsory rather than optional. Surprisingly, Klook customer service also considered this practice acceptable. If a fee is mandatory, it should be clearly stated upfront or included in the tour price.
