Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

• Participants must be aged 19+ to participate in this activity
• Please note: For safety reasons, participants weighing over 100kg (220lbs) or taller than 190cm cannot join this tour. If a participant exceeds these limits, the booking may be canceled on-site without a refund.
