• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 12 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Redemption information

• Personalized custom itineraries offer tours based on your chosen route (limited to Kyoto city area only). If you exceed the Kyoto city area, you will need to pay the corresponding price difference. For details, please consult the supplier's customer service.

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• A 7-seater commercial vehicle can carry 6 tourists, a 10-seater commercial vehicle can carry 9 passengers, and a 14-seater model can carry 13 travelers.
