- Adult ticket: people above 1.5 meters
- Children's ticket: For children under 1.4 meters and over 3 years old, both conditions must be met simultaneously.
- Senior ticket: Seniors aged 65 and above
- Children under 1.2 meters are free of charge. Free-of-charge individuals must be accompanied by an adult. Each paying adult is limited to bringing one free-of-charge child.

- The plank road in the canyon is slippery, please wear non-slip shoes.
- The temperature difference in the summer canyon is large, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket.
- Do not feed wild animals
- Life jackets must be worn throughout the boat trip.
- Tourists suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, seasickness, or other conditions are advised not to take the boat.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult with guardianship capabilities throughout.
- The departure times for scenic boat tours are adjusted based on passenger flow. No refunds will be issued to visitors who miss the last boat.
- The scenic area may be temporarily closed due to severe weather such as heavy rain and strong winds. Tourists who have purchased tickets can apply for a full refund.
