Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• Adults and children pay the same price
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when joining a tour. The accompanying adult automatically acts as the guardian of the minor during the trip and is fully responsible for the minor's safety supervision and protection throughout the journey.
