- The excursion itinerary may be changed due to factors such as the weather, river level, arrival or departure times, or other relevant circumstances
- If the Ballestas Islands boat tour is canceled due to sea conditions or storms, a refund of 40 Peruvian Soles will be provided
- The dune buggy and sandboard experience lasts approximately 45 minutes, and the dune buggy is driven exclusively by a professional driver
- If you want to sandboard standing up, you can rent professional boards for an additional fee in Huacachina
- Please note that tour guides are not always fluent in English, so this is an excellent opportunity to practice your Spanish
- Infants under 1 year of age are not permitted to participate in the activities (The dune buggy is too dangerous for infants)
