Longman Grottoes

Tickets can be canceled through the original booking channel before 20:00 on the day of travel without counting as a no-show.

Cancellations are still permitted before 23:00 on the 7th day starting from the travel date, but will be counted as 1 no-show; after 23:00 on the 7th day, the system will automatically clear it and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

1 no-show: Booking Longmen Grottoes tickets is restricted for 3 days starting from the date of the no-show; 2 cumulative no-shows: Restricted for 30 days starting from the 2nd no-show; 3 cumulative no-shows: Restricted for 180 days starting from the 3rd no-show.

Non-Chinese citizens [except children 1.4 meters (inclusive) and under] must purchase full-price adult tickets.

Children under 1.4 meters in height are free of charge.

Chinese senior citizens aged 60 and above are free of charge.

Chinese children under 12 years of age and over 1.4 meters in height are free of charge.

The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Tour sequence: West Hill Grottoes—East Hill Grottoes—Xiangshan Temple—Bai Garden. Ticket inspection is required four times along the one-way route. Please bring the ID card used for booking for verification. Lost tickets must be repurchased at full price.
