• Free pick-up and drop-off services are provided within the main urban area of Bole City. Pick-up and drop-off services for guests outside this range with additional charges are not provided. Please refer to the actual arrangements for specific times and locations.
• This trip is a one-day tour. We will be traveling in a 7-seater commercial vehicle, with a seating arrangement of 2+2+3 (i.e., 2 seats in the front row, 2 in the middle, and 3 in the back). As the riding experience may vary in different positions, to ensure everyone has a relatively balanced experience, the driver will remind everyone to rotate seats periodically. Please cooperate actively when this happens. Additionally, for tourists catching a train, the train times mentioned above are only suggested services; please arrange flexibly according to the actual situation of the scenic area on the day. You will be responsible for all consequences arising from force majeure factors.
• This itinerary is an entry from the East Gate and exit from the East Gate. The direction around the lake will be determined by road conditions and traffic on the day, so we cannot guarantee a specific direction around the lake~
• Regarding Songshutou: In winter, the roads at Songshutou are icy, making it unsafe for mountain climbing and prone to accidents. Therefore, no time will be allocated for mountain climbing at Songshutou during winter. We ask everyone to consider their own safety and understand the travel agency's arrangements.
• No smoking, no drinking, no feeding animals, and no climbing in the car.
• Do not wear [clothing that may cause discomfort or offense to others]
• All pets, non-folding bicycles/scooters/strollers, oversized luggage, alcohol and drugs, flammables, other prohibited items not listed by origin and destination countries, weapons and explosives, dangerous chemicals, and dangerous tools are prohibited from being carried or used.

Cancellation policy

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
