- 【Infant Policy】If traveling with an infant under 3 years old who does not require a seat, please make sure to note this during booking. Even without occupying a seat, infants are included in the vehicle passenger count by law. Failure to inform us in advance may result in refusal of boarding by the guide.
- 【Notification Time & Method】We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 one day before departure with the guide and vehicle information. Please check your spam/junk folder as emails may occasionally be filtered. During peak seasons or special circumstances, the email may be delayed. Please refer to the latest email received.
- 【Meeting Time & Late Arrival Policy】This is a shared group tour. Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals cannot be waited for or refunded. Any resulting costs or responsibilities will be borne by the guest.
- 【Vehicle & Language Arrangement】Vehicle types will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day and cannot be specified in advance. Guests may share the vehicle with travelers speaking other languages.
- 【Meeting Point Confirmation】Please confirm your meeting point carefully before departure. Once confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed. If boarding is missed due to a last-minute change requested by the guest, no refund will be provided.
- 【Seasonal Attractions Notice】Seasonal attractions such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, flower seasons, snow scenery, illuminations, and festivals are subject to weather and other uncontrollable conditions. Unless officially canceled, the tour will proceed as scheduled. No refunds will be provided if seasonal scenery does not meet expectations.
- 【Possible Departure Time Adjustment】During peak travel seasons or under special circumstances, departure times may be adjusted earlier or later. Please refer to the final confirmation email sent one day before departure.
- 【Seat Arrangement Policy】Seats on shared tours are generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special seating requests, please note them during booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but final arrangements are subject to the guide's on-site coordination.
- 【Itinerary Adjustment Notice】Due to strict regulations on commercial vehicle operating hours in Italy, sightseeing order, transportation, and stop durations may be adjusted flexibly according to actual conditions on the day. In cases such as traffic congestion or weather changes, the guide may reasonably adjust the itinerary sequence or shorten/remove certain stops. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
- 【No Midway Departure Policy】This is a shared group tour, and leaving the group midway or traveling independently during the tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave the tour early, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited without refund. Any risks or responsibilities after leaving the group will be borne by the guest.
- 【Return Time Reference】The return time provided is an estimated arrival time only. Due to long-distance travel, arrival may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We strongly recommend not arranging additional activities on the same day after the tour. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delays.
- 【Small Group Tour Notice】This tour is operated as a boutique small-group tour or private charter experience, suitable for travelers who prefer flexible and intimate travel arrangements. Please note that due to the long travel distances, smaller vehicles may be used and comfort levels may differ from large coaches. Vehicle space is limited, so large luggage items (such as oversized suitcases) are not recommended. In addition, for safety reasons, drivers on small-group or charter tours may provide less commentary compared to large bus tours. Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
