Terms and Conditions ("These Terms and Conditions") for the Kerry World Fencing Championships 2026 Hong Kong, China Ticket Purchase Event ("This Event")

Important Information for Ticket Purchase

• A handling fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket.
• A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction.

Seated Audience

• The venue encourages audience members to avoid bringing handbags/backpacks into the venue as much as possible.
• All audience members must undergo a metal detector security check (if applicable) before entering the venue.
• For re-entry, please present the original event ticket for the day to security personnel for identification. Audience members must also hold a re-entry pass (security wristband or stamp on hand) to re-enter. AsiaWorld-Expo reserves the right to change the entry procedures at any time.

The following regulations must be observed when using wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs within AsiaWorld-Expo:

• Wheelchair seating tickets are only applicable for use by individuals who rely on wheelchairs for mobility and their caregivers (if applicable). Each wheelchair user may purchase one caregiver ticket when purchasing a wheelchair seating ticket. Upon entry, if requested by AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited staff for verification, individuals holding wheelchair seating tickets must present proof of mobility impairment*. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to any non-wheelchair user or any person not accompanying a wheelchair user holding a wheelchair seating ticket or caregiver ticket, and no refunds will be arranged. In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right of final decision. ** Proof of mobility impairment refers to a "Registration Card for Persons with Disabilities" (physical disability category) or other valid medical certificates showing mobility impairment.
• If the corresponding seat of the ticket held by the ticket holder cannot meet the ticket holder's individual seating or access requirements, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organizer reserve the right to refuse the ticket holder entry to the venue and will not issue any refunds.
• Wheelchair users holding tickets who require assistance from venue staff to be seated, please call AsiaWorld-Expo (+852-3606 8000) before the competition for prior arrangements. Wheelchair users are also requested to arrive at the competition venue early to allow venue staff to arrange smooth seating.

Ticketing Terms (Inclement Weather and Refund Policy)

Force Majeure Arrangements:

• If audience members are unable to enter the venue for the entire day due to force majeure factors (including inclement weather), the organizer will arrange for ticket refunds. Inclement Weather during the Competition (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM):
• If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted between 6:00 AM and three hours before the scheduled end of the competition, refunds will be arranged.

Warning Signal Cancelled Three Hours Before the End of the Competition:

• If the aforementioned warning signal is cancelled at least three hours before the scheduled end of the competition, the event will proceed, and no refunds will be provided.

Handling Fee:

• For all refunds, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from each ticket.

Refund Arrangements:

• All ticket holders must retain the complete ticket (including the stub) to process refunds.
• If ticket information is altered, deleted, or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, incomplete, or found to be counterfeit, no refunds will be processed. The organizer reserves the right of final decision on whether to issue a refund.

Important Notice

• Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted inside the competition venue. Audience members must undergo a handbag/backpack check before entering the venue. Items larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), tripods, and stools/foldable chairs are prohibited inside the competition venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue. If you have any of the above restricted items, please deposit them at the luggage storage service counter or the self-service lockers on the ground floor.
• Event tickets must be purchased from official ticket sales points. Any damaged, defaced, altered, incomplete, or photocopied tickets will not be accepted.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket is valid for one person only and must comply with the audience age restrictions set by the organizer. Lost seated or standing tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• For safety reasons, "selfie sticks" are not allowed within the venue.
• Seated audience age restriction: Audience members aged 3 or above must purchase a ticket; children under 3 years old can enter for free.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed into AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Glass bottles, any inflatable objects lighter than air, regardless of their material (e.g., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, sprays, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the competition venue.
• The carrying and use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• The sale or distribution of unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Standing on seats is not allowed.
• Loitering on stairs and public corridors is not allowed.
• The carrying and discharge of fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
• The carrying and use of any remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (e.g., model helicopters, drones) are not allowed.
• The competition may involve strong lights, flashes, or smoke effects. If audience members feel unwell or require assistance, please notify on-site medical or security personnel as soon as possible.
• Ticket scalping is strictly prohibited. If tickets have been used, resold, shared with others, or used for other commercial purposes, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right to cancel such tickets.
• Latecomers may be arranged to enter at an appropriate time, but entry rights for latecomers cannot be guaranteed.
• No animals are allowed into the venue except for guide dogs with written consent from AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• Ticket holders using tickets will be deemed to agree to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of AsiaWorld-Expo, the organizer, and its official ticketing agent. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited, as the venue provider, cannot guarantee that participants' views will be completely unobstructed during the event.
• In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right of final decision.
• In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
