Extremely, extremely wonderful! Before departure, whenever I emailed questions, someone replied immediately! It felt very reassuring. A week before the trip, a group chat was set up! The driver was super nice~~ He picked us up at the hotel and waited for us for a bit. After the fireworks ended, because of the huge crowds, the driver had to wait for a long time, yet his attitude remained very friendly and patient! We are truly so lucky to have found such a great service! Thank you to the staff💗💗💗
