• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a No-show, and no refunds will be given, nor will it be possible to join the tour midway. Please be aware of this.
• If the tour group is small, the driver will also serve as the accompanying staff, providing full pick-up and drop-off services and basic itinerary services, without an additional tour guide. Upon arrival at each attraction, travelers are free to explore on their own. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
• The tour leader will not proactively contact travelers the day before departure. Travelers are kindly requested to arrive at the designated meeting point on time on the day of departure and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to check in. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be considered as an inability to participate in the itinerary, and related fees cannot be refunded or compensated. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• The itinerary may be changed or delayed due to force majeure factors such as traffic congestion, bad weather, road control, or temporary adjustments by the organizer. If the itinerary is adjusted due to the above factors, no additional refunds or compensation will be provided.
• Bus seats are arranged uniformly on-site; seat selection is not possible, and you may be seated with other passengers. Please keep your seat belt fastened throughout the ride and follow the instructions of the driver and accompanying staff.
• Each passenger is limited to 1 piece of luggage. Please inform us of the number and size of your luggage when registering. This itinerary will arrange an appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of participants in the group. Some dates or routes may use smaller vehicles. If you are carrying large, oversized luggage, or special items, please be sure to note and inform us in advance when booking, to facilitate arrangements; if not informed in advance, it may not be possible to transport them on-site due to vehicle space limitations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Please ensure that the contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate to facilitate pre-trip communication. The contact details of your guide or driver and relevant meeting information will be provided at the latest 1 day before departure. Please pay attention to emails, messaging apps, or other pre-trip notification messages.
• The times and itinerary sequence listed in this itinerary are estimates. Actual arrival times and itinerary arrangements may be adjusted or delayed due to traffic conditions, weather factors, road controls, or other force majeure factors. The actual execution will be based on on-site arrangements. If this affects the traveler's self-arranged transportation connections, accommodation, activities, or other itineraries, no compensation can be claimed for related losses.
• Infants and toddlers under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free, but must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older throughout the journey and held by the accompanying adult. Each adult passenger is limited to bringing one free infant or toddler who does not occupy a seat; if a separate seat is required for an infant or toddler, a child ticket must be purchased according to regulations.
• There is no age limit for this tour; however, travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and travelers over 80 must be accompanied by a relative or friend. As the itinerary includes longer periods of travel, it is recommended that travelers carefully assess their physical and mental condition before registering. If you have chronic diseases, mobility issues, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, please inform us proactively when registering and evaluate whether the tour is suitable for you.
• If fellow travelers place separate orders, please be sure to fill in the order numbers of your companions in the order remarks to facilitate arrangements for traveling together. If not noted in advance, we cannot guarantee arrangements on the same vehicle or in the same group. We appreciate your understanding.
• Seats for the Awa Odori special viewing area are uniformly arranged by the organizer. It is not possible to specify seats, sections, or rows. The actual seating arrangement will be based on on-site allocation. We appreciate your understanding.
• If a tour is canceled due to insufficient registrants, our company will fully refund the tour fee already paid, and travelers will not be responsible for any costs. If a traveler is unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (including but not limited to being late, failing to gather at the designated time and place, withdrawing midway, or abandoning participation in part or all of the itinerary), it will be considered a voluntary waiver of relevant rights, and no refunds, rescheduling, or compensation requests will be accepted.
• In the event of force majeure factors such as adverse weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or government orders, and based on safety considerations, the company reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary.
• The Naruto Whirlpool Cruise experience is affected by tides and weather. Actual sailing times and viewing effects may be adjusted based on sea conditions on the day of the cruise. If the Naruto Whirlpool Cruise is suspended due to weather or sea conditions, the boarding fee of 1400 JPY for adults and 700 JPY for children will be refunded, and the day's itinerary will be adjusted to extend the time spent at other attractions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• If the Bizan Ropeway is suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, the round-trip ropeway fee of JPY 1200 for adults and JPY 600 for children will be refunded. The day's itinerary will be adjusted to extend the stay at other attractions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
• The Awa Odori Festival is a large-scale outdoor festival. Even in the event of light rain, there is a high probability that it will proceed as scheduled. Travelers are advised to bring light rain gear to adapt to weather changes and enjoy the festival experience with peace of mind.
• The Awa Dance Festival is a locally organized event, and whether it is canceled, postponed, or any related regulations are subject to the final announcement by the organizers. Please note that if weather conditions change during the event, some performance content may be adjusted, shortened, or the venue arrangements may be temporarily changed.
• During the event, please pay attention to your personal safety and comply with the instructions of on-site staff and the organizer. Travelers are responsible for properly safeguarding their personal belongings. Our company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. In case of any unmentioned matters, the on-site announcements and explanations from staff shall prevail. We kindly ask for travelers' understanding and cooperation.
• If the Awa Dance Festival is confirmed to be canceled, the itinerary will be changed to other free activities in Tokushima city or an extended stay at daytime attractions. If part of the cost for paid viewing seats included in the itinerary has already been used, a partial refund or alternative compensation arrangement will be made based on the actual situation.
• If a traveler needs to leave the tour midway due to personal reasons, please be sure to inform the tour leader or on-site staff in advance and sign a consent form for early departure. From the time of departure, the traveler shall bear all subsequent responsibilities for itinerary arrangements, transportation, accommodation, personal safety, and property safety. Our company will not be held responsible for any related matters; furthermore, unused itinerary items will not be refunded. Please be aware of this.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
