• The operator provide all required safety gear, including DOT-approved helmets and goggles, so you're fully prepared to ride

• The operator will provide you with a trail map and ride recommendations to match your adventure level
• This activity is not recommended for people with back problems
• Baby carriages are not permitted
• There is a damage deposit of USD 500 per vehicle; this is held as an authorization on your credit/debit card and will be refunded when you return each vehicle
• Tours will take place in rain or shine; bad weather does not constitute a refund
• Any damage that will occur during the tour period is the responsibility of the renter and will be taken from the deposit
• This tour includes admission into Horseshoe Bend and it is a .75 mile hike to the overlook from the parking area
• Late vehicle returns will incur additional charges: USD 75 for 15+ minutes late, USD 150 for 1+ hour late, and the full-day rental cost for 2+ hours late
