Reviews
The main tour is in English. If you need a tour in a different language, we recommend bringing headphones. QR codes are available on the walls to scan and select different language guides. If you handle alcohol well, be sure to try the beer here. In addition to the 2 tokens you get with your ticket, there's also a tasting opportunity before you get to the bar. Heineken in Amsterdam really does taste different than overseas – it's not bitter and goes down smoothly. Remember to use the restroom before taking the canal cruise, as the trip lasts about 1 hour and there are only basic toilet facilities available, not on the boat itself. The latest departure time for Lovers Canal Cruises from Amsterdam Central Station is 9 PM, but other companies may have their last cruise at 6:30 PM. The tour commentary along the way can be difficult to follow, but an evening or sunset canal cruise is still a great option.
the experience was really good. walking through the old Heineken brewery. we did the tour in 15-20 mins. took couple of photos. then you get 2 free drinks. with couple of options. the boat tour was decent. you can listen to the audio in different languages. one hour canal cruise.
The experience was fantastic! I learned about the history of Heineken, the brewing and bottling process, and even had the opportunity to pour draft beer. Tasting the fresh draft of Heineken was absolutely incredible!
Excellent value for money. This Heineken experience was very interactive and a great way to learn the history of the brand. Includes a total of three free beers/drinks. What an experience!
The visit to Heineken's brewery in the city center was really impressive. Since Amsterdam rains so often, it would be a good indoor tour even if it rains. Compared to the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum, reservations were relatively easy, so I was able to make a reservation a few days in advance. The fun storytelling led by a professional Heineken guide was great, and I enjoyed various media art, various entertainment elements, draft beer served on the spot, and even two free glasses at the Heineken bar. However, many blogs and YouTube posts say that one hour is enough to see everything, but if you want to take your time looking around and enjoy the two free beer vouchers at the bar, I recommend setting aside two hours to visit. I visited for an hour, thinking about the next course, and I was so, so, so sorry.
Heineken Experience was wonderful, got to see the making of Heineken and its bottles of beers. Of course the 4 free drinks helped!
Experience the history of the Heineken Museum at a reasonable and preferential price, and it comes with a canal tour. However, except that the river tour is sold together with the Heineken Experience, it is basically an independent itinerary. Even the check-in location is separate and there are some differences in imagination when purchasing. Need to pay more attention when
Splendid time spent. well-orgsnised tour , english-speaking guide. Even teach you how to pour a good glass of beer. Indeed world's best beer.
The building itself is beautiful, and it can be seen that it has been carefully designed. Basically, there are three glasses of free beer, and you can make your own label beer
Highly recommend this trip, we have wonderful time at one hour cruise at Amsterdam city, know the city history, and the best part is have Heineken experience, many surprises inside the experience, bring some nuts and peanut with beer, have lots of fun , highly recommend!
