Herena Spa Luxury Experience in Sapa

We choosen 15mins herbal bath+60mins body massage in private room with calm embience.The front desk staffs were politely welcoming and therapist provide enthisiastic massage.Complimentary tea and dessert b4 and after massage.

The atmosphere wad tranquil and cozy.Thy welcome us with cookies/yogurt and tea before and after the treatment.The only cons was the room getting stuffy hot n less ventilate especially after the herbal bath w body massage,and communication barrier btw masseuse.

I came with my child and it was comfortable and great! I feel like all my fatigue has melted away. My child loves it too! ^^

After a sleeper train journey and a trek up Fansipan, our legs and feet were exhausted in ways we didn't even realize. But the reception staff was so attentive, and the massage therapists completely melted both my mom and me! Our legs and feet felt so refreshed that we even dozed off briefly in the middle of the massage. Out of all the places we got massages in both Sapa and Hanoi, this was by far our favorite! We definitely want to come back here next time we visit.

I booked through Klook. Since you need to make a reservation at the massage shop 3 hours in advance, I recommend keeping that in mind when booking. Overall ratings: Facilities 5, Service 5, Massage 5, Overall Satisfaction 4.5. (It took some time from selecting the time on Klook until the final reservation was confirmed by the massage shop. Because it wasn't being confirmed, I went directly to the massage shop to check the reservation details and get it finalized.) Before the massage, they serve simple ginger tea and snacks, and after the massage, they serve yogurt and dried fruit. As for the most important part—the massage—I got a body massage with oil. The 90 minutes flew by, and I had a wonderful, deeply relaxing nap during a great massage. 💆‍♂️👍

During my stay in Sapa, I got the 90-minute stone massage and the 120-minute herbal massage over two days; although there was a difference in the therapists' skills, I was satisfied with both types.

The treatment room was very damp maybe due the no ventilation in the ensuite bathroom where you take the bath andshower... The massage was ok but I couldn't really relax and enjoy it in such a humid environment.
