Park Guell Guided Tour with Fast Track Ticket

Our tour guide, Fitaly, was excellent. The explanations about the history of Park Güell and Gaudí’s design logic were very clear and interesting. He made the visit much more meaningful by explaining not just what we were seeing, but why it was built that way. The tour was well organized, easy to follow, and never felt rushed. We learned a lot about Gaudí’s inspiration, the original housing project, and the architectural “logic” behind the structures and natural forms in the park. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and informative experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Park Güell who wants more than just a walk-through

Lena is a good guide with patience

Bad experience. Four days before the tour, Crown Tours informed me that my originally booked time slot would no longer operate. If a company cannot guarantee a time, it should not offer it. Offering time slots that may later be canceled gave the impression that the company prioritizes securing bookings over honoring customer schedules. Last-minute changes show disorganization and lack of respect for customers. Although free cancellation was available, it did not solve the issue, as I would have needed to find another tour last minute with another company at a higher cost. I was forced to accept one of the alternative times offered and change my personal plans. The company did not update the voucher on the Klook platform and handled everything via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional and confusing. The tour itself was disappointing, as key areas of Park Güell, including El Drac, were not included. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised and did not offer good value.

What a terrible experience! We were 3 minutes late because the bus stop for going up the mountain was a bit of a walk from Park Güell. However, we immediately spotted the Crown Tour staff in purple shirts and ran up to them, joining the end of the line, hoping to enter with others from the same time slot. One of the Crown Tour staff members in a purple shirt stopped us and wouldn't let us in. We showed him our Klook voucher and explained that we were for the same time slot and were at the very end of the line. If he hadn't stopped us, we would have entered with everyone else, as we had purchased our vouchers the day before! The Crown Tour staff member said that because we didn't arrive early and gather with the group, we couldn't enter with them. However, he offered a solution: we could pay an additional 20 euros per person to join the next time slot! We had already purchased tickets on Klook and had our vouchers, so being asked to pay an extra 20 euros per person felt like an unreasonable rip-off. But the staff member said our Klook tickets couldn't be refunded, so this was the 'most cost-effective' solution. We strongly dislike their practice of extorting money from tourists. Please, everyone, refuse to buy this tour and don't give them the chance to blackmail tourists. We later tried to show our Klook voucher to the Park Güell staff at the entrance for confirmation, but they said this voucher was only valid for entry when led by Crown Tour staff, so they couldn't help. We were clearly on time to enter the park and were already at the end of the line, but we were blocked because the Crown Tour employee wanted to charge us an extra 20 euros per person. It was truly frustrating. We watched other guests from the same time slot enter right in front of us, and then he immediately turned around and tried to extort 20 euros per person from us. The feeling was truly awful!
