Tour guide: Tour guide Yang Yong is handsome, drives well, provides excellent service, and has a great attitude. Highly recommended! He even teaches authentic English conversational phrases. With him, you'll enjoy delicious food and drinks, and the car is stocked with plenty of water and chips.

we had a problem with miscommunication with our tour guide Michael. It seems he is taking our group on other excursions and charging us cash in advance. Michael charged everyone $40 to visit a hot spring on our schedule already and then when I complained about it directly he said he was taking us to bear valley park. However, Michael never clearly explained it to everyone. He apologized to me but I wanted a refund prior to going on the excursion but he refused to return my money even though I never wanted to go on this excursion. Actually, you can talk to other guest as they feel Michael is taking advantage of everyone. He also did a side trip to Bryce Canton and charged everyone cash but I really didn’t understand ( I am English speaking) because I don’t know Chinese. I think Michael is creating a big problem with your tour according to myself and other guests as well. If I don’t get our money back I will never take a trip with Klook again. Please contact me
