- Aztlan 360 Ferris wheel ride: This ride lasts for approximately 20 minutes and accommodates up to 6 people each cabin
- The ferris wheel ride is air-conditioned and has Bluetooth connectivity for music
- Pets are only allowed in the restaurant area from 07:00 until the park opens at 12:00 (Opening hours may differ)
- Service animals with valid identification are allowed within the park
- Visitors are only allowed to bring bottled water and baby good into the park
- Bathrooms are available at 3 modules within the park (Payable at MXN 6 per pax via coins or Aztlan Card and it is free of charge for individuals with disabilities)

- Aztlan wallet: The park has its own electronic wallet: This wallet can be used at park ticket booths, souvenir shops (Available at MXN 10 on-site). This wallet can be topped up at ticket booths, souvenir shops and recharge ATMs within the park
- Height requirement: Please follow the height requirement and safety restrictions of each attraction within the park
- High-impact attractions: People with disabilities, senior citizen & pregnant women will not be allowed access for safety reasons
Park regulations and rules:
- Restricted items: Drones, selfie sticks, professional video equipment, firearms, bladed weapons, skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, and carts are not permitted
- Permitted cameras: Compact and semi-professional cameras (e.g., Canon EOS RP, Sony Alpha M2 or similar)
- Cameras that are not permitted: Large professional, broadcast, or cinematic cameras, or equipment that may obstruct walkways. Cameras are not allowed on amusement rides for safety reasons
- Entry may be refused to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Smoking (Including electronic devices) is prohibited
- Fighting, vandalism, graffiti, or drug use will result in referral to authorities
- Rides may be suspended depending on the weather, with possible early park closure
- Photography for personal use is allowed (Unauthorized commercial photography or video recording is prohibited)
- Visitors must follow staff instructions during emergencies (e.g., health alerts, earthquakes)
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

- Public parking lots are available in the area of the Chapultepec Forest Circuit (The E4 and E5 lots are the closest proximity to the park)
