I booked the tickets in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the location. It wasn't in the title, but then I saw New York in the final notes. Why wasn't that clearly stated in the title? Later, I looked closely and realized there was also a St. Paul's Cathedral in the UK. If you specify the UK one, why not the US one? Isn't that misleading to consumers? And after booking, they wouldn't allow a refund. I immediately rebooked for the UK St. Paul's. I was rushing to get in, but the customer service was terrible and didn't help resolve the issue. I wasted over an hour unable to enter, and in the end, I had to cancel my original booking and buy new tickets on the spot.
