Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• All gorilla trekking permits are issued as Fixed Tickets and are valid only for the scheduled date. In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, guests may choose to reschedule or request a full refund. Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings. No refunds will be provided for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, for participants who fail to meet participation requirements (such as age, health, or documentation), or for those arriving 30 minutes or more late.Permit rules apply as follows: a 50% refund will be issued if a participant is found unfit or sick on the trek day. The activity will be cancelled if fewer than 2 participants join. In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduled time or a refund.
