However, this activity is accompanied by a guide, but does not use private hire cars, and uses all public transport. We chose the PRIVATE tour so we can have a flexible itinerary because we have 2 seniors with us. This tour company is not accommodating at all. They even suggested to skip the Peace Memorial which is the most important part of the tour. Since they did not agree to adjust the schedule of our “private” tour, we cancelled with 100% charge and did not even get a reply from them when we cancelled. Very rude. Not worth the money and time. Private tour will not benefit you.
