Churn, mix, and flavour your own butter from scratch!
- Singapore’s first (and only!) butter-churning workshop is a surprisingly fun way for teams to connect through taste, creativity, and personality
- You’ll start by churning butter completely from scratch, then move into the creative part: customising it with a wide range of spices and unexpected mix-ins
- This DIY format lets everyone express their own taste preferences, from bold and savoury to subtle and comforting. It’s fascinating to see how different personalities show up through flavour
- And yes, teams are welcome to compete for the most unique or crowd-favourite butter!
What to expect
- All ingredients are Halal-certified, making this experience Muslim-friendly!
- No prior cooking experience needed + All ingredients and tools provided
- Churn your own butter from scratch
- Learn about butter’s origins, types, and flavour profiles
- Infuse your butter with flavours from a curated mix-in bar (spices, fresh ingredients and more!)
- Customise and label your very own butter(s)
- Take home 1 x 100g jar, or 2 x 40g jars of handcrafted butter (you decide!)

Good to know
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Sessions will start on time, instructors will not wait for late guests. No compensation is provided if you are late.
- Workshop will proceed as scheduled only if there are more than TEN participants booked. If the number of bookings falls below TEN, the team will notify participants to reschedule.
- Weekdays sessions are only available for corporate bookings for >20pax (Location can be arranged)

We came. We churned. We buttered. 🧈✨ Spent the morning making our own artisanal compound butter from scratch, experimenting with flavours, and naming our creations. Such a wholesome, hands-on experience filled with laughs, creativity, and delicious butter to bring home. Definitely one of the most unique workshops we’ve tried! 💛Our instructor Arden was also patient and knowledgeable.
