I'd like to say the shopping experience wasn't very good. After I arrived at the store and picked out my clothes, the sales associate gave me a card and told me to go pay. When I got to the counter, the checkout process was extremely slow. I told the cashier multiple times that I was in a hurry, but they seemed indifferent and continued to be very slow. I felt like I waited a long time for my clothes to be brought to the counter, and when they finally arrived, they weren't new clothes but rather the ones I had tried on. When I returned to China, I discovered the clothes were damaged. I contacted the store, and they said if I wanted a return or exchange, I would have to pay for it myself. I'm quite upset.
