These shopping locations are not arranged by the travel agency. If tourists have shopping needs, it is a personal act. Please verify the quality of the goods yourself and ask the merchant for valid shopping receipts to protect your legitimate rights and interests!
• Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety and carry valuable items with them!! Do not leave valuable items in the hotel or tour bus! Please take good care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency will not be responsible for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
• When departing, you must carry valid identification documents. If you are unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying valid identification documents, the tourist shall bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred.
• If guests leave the group or change their itinerary midway due to personal reasons, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. Any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• Travel agencies do not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.
• Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any conditions. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's poor health.
• Reception standards: Those over 70 years old must be accompanied by family members and sign a disclaimer. Our agency cannot accommodate seniors over 80 years old and pregnant women, please understand.
• Pre-departure notice: 1 day before departure, a ticketing notice or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you. Please submit a picture of your ID in time to arrange the itinerary. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Meeting time and place: Meeting time: 7:00 AM. Meeting place: Free pickup from hotels within Xi'an's Second Ring Road (excluding statutory holidays such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). Tourists outside the Second Ring Road should contact customer service, and the guide will inform you of the nearest meeting point later.

Eligibility

• Children under 1.2 meters in height are considered children, and the fee only includes transportation, tour guide service fee, and travel agency liability insurance (tickets are not included, and any additional expenses must be paid by themselves).
