- Please note that admission is free for one person accompanying a visitor with a disability to the Museum & the complimentary attendant tickets are not available online and may be obtained in person or by phone
- Please note that all children under the age of 12 visiting the Museum must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 years or older
- Please note that service animals are welcome in the Museum; guests bringing a service animal without visible identification should be prepared to present appropriate documentation from a healthcare provider at Information, and the operator request that guests with non-traditional service animals contact the Museum in advance of their visit
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
