Food Republic in Singapore

Difficult to utilize, the staff need to be educated on how it can be used. Food Republic systems should sync with Klook so that voucher redemptions are immediate.

The process is a bit new to some staff. however, they still redeemed with help of supervisor (City Square Mall and Suntec). Worth it if discounted.

Food vouchers for our Food Republic restaurants. We chose six 5 SGD vouchers. You can use all of them at once or individually, but no change will be given. Your purchase must exceed the value of the vouchers. We used them at the VivoCity branch on our way back from USS. There were many delicious food options available.

very easy to redeem just scan voucher at shop. economical & tasty food to enjoy in singapore. highly recommend

Many places did not know how to redeem the vouchers. Felt like I was arguing with all the stall owners all the time just to redeem the vouchers. Otherwise, it was a good value.

Vivo most stores know how to use. 313 all the stores did not know how to use. Need to keep calling the manager to use. Otherwise, it was a very good deal

The stores need to be educated on how to use this voucher. Most stores' staff don't know how to make the redemption and requires a manager's guidance. Even if you guide the staff and payment has succeeded, they'd still be cautious and call for the manager for their confirmation. There's also a big flaw in the food republic scanning system, hence they require you to make manual redemptions on top of scanning QR codes. If you have multiple vouchers within the same booking, the manual redemption process may randomly pick a voucher that wasn't scanned. It's a mess.

Many store employees don't know how to use the vouchers. While Chinese is convenient for communication, the back-and-forth can be troublesome. We hope the company can simplify the process to make it easier for employees to learn.
