- Guests are recommended to begin their visit at the Insectarium before heading to the Aquarium
Guest Services & Amenities
- Strollers are permitted but within the following size restriction: No larger than 72 cm in width and 132 cm in length
- Wagons, wagon strollers, push cars, and ride-ons are not permitted to ensure guests of all ages and abilities can maneuver through the Aquarium safely
- Guests requiring specialty strollers or wagons for medical or sensory purposes are exempt from the policy
- Stroller rentals & wheelchairs are available on-site
- Guests with disabilities are permitted to bring service animals to all areas of Audubon attractions except Amazon Encounters and Butterfly Garden

- Outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, guests are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Exceptions are made for medical needs and baby bottles
- Accessible restrooms (including family/gender-neutral options) and water bottle refill stations are located throughout the Aquarium & Insectarium near the entrance, classroom, lobby, South Passage, and Active Exhibits
- The gift shop is located near the exit and features marine-themed gifts, plush animals, educational toys and souvenirs. Please note that it is open during opening hours
- Dining options are available on the second floor of the Aquarium
- A Hancock Whitney ATM can be located just inside the entrance of the Aquarium, and is open throughout the day
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
