The facility was great, every corner was clean. Staffs were really accommodating and will help you with everything. What I really loved was the arcade- unli game. My mom had her haircut which was free also. Enjoyed our ceremonial tea with a great view. Planning to get a vip card next time ☺️
It was my first time availing their service, and it turned out to be such a nice place to relax. I really enjoyed the unlimited food and drinks, and the arcade games were fun too. I definitely made the most out of the 13 hours stay.
Had a wonderful experience at Luo City Spa Club! The place was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. The massage was excellent and helped relieve my stress and body tension. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere and the quality of the facilities. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing experience. I’ll definitely be back!
overall experience was great. My partner and I went here to celebrate 11th year anniv and it was the best decision! we will definitely go back and recommend it with friends and family
I would have rated LUO much higher, but considering its price range, Emgrand Spa offers better value for money. Emgrand has a wider variety of food choices, while LUO mainly stands out for its seafood selection. Aside from the seafood, many of the other food items were just average and not particularly enjoyable. One thing I appreciated was that they provide Chanel perfume and skincare products. However, I was surprised that they don't provide conditioner. It's quite inconvenient, especially if you're going back and forth between the sauna and jacuzzi. Your hair becomes very dry and stiff, making it difficult to comb afterward.
Had a relaxing time. Food was great (Cantonese and seafood options). Hot pools were ok. Wish they also had a cold plunge pool as the shower water wasn’t cold enough.
it’s cool and funny place but looks cooler in the photos. I think that’s nice to avoid going to Solaire or Okada so much. I find them cheaper for the quality.
Very refreshing and good place to unwind from stress building up lately. Happy to celebrate my birthday with my Family Here 💕
there is only 3 western toilet without bidet for men in the whole building. one on each floor the rest is squatting style eastern asia. the wet area is small, rest area is bright at night hard to sleep. the food is somehow good but not best, yes it has lobster but the taste is very normal, just like crab. they dont have mud crab. also they will only give you disposable towel considering that you are paying high. overall it's not worth the money for me. I've been to yatai and emgrand. I can say that emgrand is the best for value for money, specially if you want to relax because theres a lot of sleeping squarters for almost half the price of this also they have unlimited supply of fresh thick towel, everytime you took a shower they will give you new one.
great space to relax, unlimited games and to literally unwind in the Jade Room
