Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 13 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

• [1. Meeting and Check-in] >> Guiding method: This tour is a digital app-guided tour and does not include an accompanying tour guide. Please follow the instructions in the email / WhatsApp / LINE messages to use the MEMOTRIP app for the tour. >> Prompt assembly: Please arrive at "Hotel FORZA Hakata Station - outside Chikushi Exit (Hakata Station Chikushi-Higashi Exit 4)" 15 minutes before departure. Please check the location in advance to avoid getting lost. The vehicle will depart on time; late arrivals will not be waited for and no refunds will be given. Those who are late will be regarded as having voluntarily abandoned the tour. >> Digital check-in: Scan the QR code to check in upon arrival at the meeting point. Itinerary tips will be sent via WhatsApp / LINE.
• [2. Different Itineraries] >> Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Head to "Karato Market". From Monday to Thursday and on Karato Market's closing days, visit the "Mojiko Retro District" instead.
• [3. Vehicles, Luggage & Environment] >> Legal Green-Plate Vehicles: Legally operated green-plate vehicles (medium/large buses) are used, and vehicles are dispatched according to the number of tour participants on the day. Seat selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to state your age and number of people in the remarks (infants and adults are priced the same).
• [4. Itinerary Risks and Regulations] >> Property Safety: Please be sure to carry your passport and valuables with you at all times. The vehicle compartment is only for temporary placement and we are not responsible for safekeeping; in the event of loss, it will be handled in accordance with Japanese insurance terms. >> Modification Disclaimer: In the event of traffic congestion or attraction maintenance, the driver reserves the right to adjust the order of visits or stay durations. If a return trip is delayed due to traffic conditions, we assume no liability for any losses incurred by passengers regarding subsequent transportation or restaurant reservations.
• [V. Insurance and Legal Notice] >> Insurance Recommendation: This itinerary includes basic "liability insurance," but does not include personal travel accident insurance. Travelers are advised to purchase overseas medical insurance on their own for comprehensive protection. >> Leaving the Tour Early: Leaving the tour due to personal reasons requires signing a "Departure Agreement." Safety and legal liabilities after leaving the tour shall be borne by the traveler, and the remaining fees will not be refunded. >> Jurisdiction: This service is governed by Japanese law.
