Blue Mountains Steam Train, Scenic World and Three Sisters Tour

Had the best day with this tour. Itinerary was well organised and time was managed accordingly. Tour guide PAT handled us well and explained things properly. Pat explained all the history at each places in details. He even sent us all till the wharf for our final goodbye and ensure we knew where to get off. All the staff at zig zag railways very friendly and they seems to love what they were doing. Me and my sister enjoy this trip by 'wine hop and coastal tours' in Sydney. Looking forward for our next trip with them soon.

Our guide was Ronnie and she’s the most determined guide ever! She’s a concentrated pack of energy and ensured we got thru our itinerary on time and helped as avoid lengthy queues as much as possible. So amazed by her enthusiasm. She also provided us with plenty of useful information along the way. My son dropped his beanie at one point and she was kind enough to bring us back to retrieve it. We chose this tour as we wanted to spend more time up the mountains as opposed to one with the animals. Totally recommend this tour and guide!

This day trip completely lived up to the hype. The Blue Mountains were even more beautiful in person, with endless views that photos just can’t fully capture. The Three Sisters lookout was definitely a highlight, and Scenic World added a fun adventure element to the day. Riding the historic steam train made the experience feel even more special and unique. Our tourist guide, Adrian, was very accommodating and helped make the day even more enjoyable and memorable!

Our family of 3 just returned from this trip with Ronnie and it was the most incredible tour I have been on in my 55 years. She is a dynamo! I can't believe she handled the entire group by herself. There are usually 2 to 3 additional people doing the job that she managed to do flawlessly today. Under her direction, we navigated each location with the minimum amount of wait time. She is very knowledgeable and it is evident that she loves her country. She provided commentary & history for an enriching experience. She was friendly, bubbly, and extremely patient. She allowed our input, when appropriate to do so and provided quiet time for a good balance during the travel time. Her driving was safe, yet efficient, as we managed to stay on time & experience everything listed in the itinerary. I don't know what she's earning, but it's not enough. She is a definite asset to this company and she has made our first trip to Australia fun & memorable. Thanks, Ronnie, we had an amazing day!

Our guide Matt was wonderful, the itinerary was very well planned out, avoided the crowds from other tour companies at Scenic World. Went on all rides smoothly without any queues. Matt gave us very informative narration at every point of interest, photo points, optimal views on the steam train. Especially during the rain forest ,walk, he gave a lot of interesting information, we learned so much about the history of blue mountain and the rainforest plants. Big thanks to Matt, we had a great time at the tour!!!

Excellent guide—clear instructions, very organized, and went above and beyond by giving us a bonus experience. Friendly, patient, and made the whole day smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Travel by various modes of transportation, see magnificent scenery, the mini-bus is comfortable, and the tour guide is friendly and kind.

It was a wonderful experience . we absolutely loved it … the entire area is so majestic and beautiful . Thanks to our guide / driver Peter who did a wonderful job of explaining everything and made it very informative as well .

Ronnie took great care of us. She laid out the rules from the start. We learned so much about Australian history and her stories were entertaining. It was a great way to see the Blue Mountains.
