- Please note that Color Factory is ADA compliant with mostly accessible installations, but guests must be able to enter and exit the Ball Pits independently
- Please note that strollers are not allowed inside the exhibit due to tight and intimate layouts, but folded strollers can be stored in the lobby
- Please note that appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times; clothing or visible tattoos with obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content for a family environment may result in refusal of entry or removal
- Please hold onto the hats and cell phones, as the operator is not responsible for lost items, and while they have a lost and found, they cannot guarantee recovery
- Please note that guests are welcome to breastfeed anywhere in the exhibit, and a quieter space can be arranged upon request
- Please note that during Sensory Friendly Hours, light and noise are reduced for a calmer experience, while during regular hours, the exhibit may be brighter and louder
- Please note that the entire party must be present at the lobby for check-in ; the operator will verify tickets, and once inside, guests will register for the photo booths and sign the required liability waiver
- Please note that the tickets are non-refundable, but the guests can transfer them to another person if requested at least 48 hours before the visit

- Houston: Limited free parking is available in the adjacent Color Factory lot on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, Arrive Upper Kirby garage (3200 Kirby Dr.) offers a 25% discount—scan the QR code at the front desk, enter your license plate, and pay from your phone
