• Please complete your booking at least 3 days before your flight departure. When placing your order, you must provide accurate flight information and the English name on the traveler's passport, as well as other necessary details. Incorrect information may affect on-site reception or service usage.
• Once the information is filled out and the booking is successful, the plan will be arranged, and no separate booking confirmation notification will be sent.
• Please proactively add the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure and provide your order number to confirm the meeting time and location. If you do not join WhatsApp within the specified time, it may result in the inability to receive smooth on-site service.
• Please cooperate with the service according to the entry or exit procedures shown on the product page.
• If children are traveling with you, please provide their "English name on passport" and "date of birth (AD)" in the remarks section to facilitate service arrangements.

"Entry Process"

• After the plane lands, please follow the airport signs for Arrival Immigration to the immigration inspection area.
• Before the immigration inspection area, look for staff holding a sign with "V.I.P PASS".
• The staff will verify the traveler's information and guide them to the designated VIP fast track lane.
• Once the traveler enters the immigration inspection area, according to airport immigration regulations, staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance.
• Please remain in the designated fast track lane throughout the process. If you leave or change lanes on your own, the service may be interrupted.

"Exit Process"

• Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the airline counter to complete check-in and baggage check-in (arriving too early will still require waiting for the airline counter to open before service can be provided).
• After completion, go to the location shown in the picture and send a message. Our staff will arrive there shortly to meet you (within approximately 5-10 minutes).
• The staff will verify the traveler's information and guide them to the designated VIP fast track lane.
• Once the traveler enters the immigration inspection area, according to airport immigration regulations, staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance.
• Please remain in the designated fast track lane throughout the process. If you leave or change lanes on your own, the service may be interrupted.

[Special Notes for Each Airport]

Ho Chi Minh City Airport (SGN)

• Ho Chi Minh City Airport is Vietnam's busiest international airport, with frequent flights and high passenger traffic. Daily from 09:00 to 18:00 is the peak period for entry and exit, and customs clearance may require waiting for more than 3 hours. This service can significantly reduce waiting time for customs clearance, but it does not mean no queuing or direct release. Please confirm your acceptance before booking.

Hanoi Airport (HAN)

• Due to Hanoi Airport's operating regulations, on-site exit service cannot be provided by staff holding signs to greet travelers. Please proactively add the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure and provide your order number to facilitate subsequent provision of meeting location and reception instructions. If you do not join within the specified time, it may affect on-site reception arrangements.

[VIP Fast Track Service Notice]

• If you have any questions, please contact the supplier using LINE or WhatsApp. (Supported languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean).
• This service is only applicable to international flights. Please ensure that the service airport and the flight's arrival airport are consistent. If incorrect information leads to a mismatch in service arrangement time, it will affect on-site reception, and the traveler will be responsible for any related consequences.
• If changes to the flight or other issues cause you to be unable to arrive as planned, please contact customer service in time. If you fail to notify us promptly, you will be responsible for any resulting problems and losses.
• If the booked service airport is clearly inconsistent with the provided flight information, or if incorrect information leads to non-compliance with service conditions and the service cannot be arranged, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.
• Travelers are responsible for preparing a passport valid for more than 6 months, as well as relevant documents and visas for the purpose of entry, on the day of service use. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or agency.
• This service is only applicable to electronic visas. If the traveler has a visa on arrival, due to additional waiting and processing time, an on-site waiting service fee of 6 USD will be charged. Travelers are responsible for preparing relevant forms, photos, and fees.
• Travelers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional 5 USD and 2 passport-sized photos (4×6 cm or 2×2 inches) when entering Vietnam.
• Children: Refers to those under 11 years old on the day of service use. If the service cannot be used due to exceeding the age limit, no refund will be given.

• According to airport policy, Vietnamese passports cannot be used for entry and exit customs clearance services, except at Hanoi Airport. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If you are an outbound traveler and use other messaging applications, please provide your Whatsapp number, Line QR, etc. Our operator will contact you at least 2 hours before departure. If you do not contact us for assistance, we may not be able to provide the corresponding service.
• This service is a VIP fast track assistance service. The actual queuing time and customs clearance speed will depend on the airport's passenger flow and on-site arrangements on the day.
• If the service cannot be provided within a reasonable time after cooperating with the on-site process, please contact customer service immediately for handling. If it is confirmed that it is not due to traveler factors, a full refund can be assisted.
• This service is mainly provided during peak hours at the airport to assist travelers with entry and exit customs clearance procedures.
• From 02:00 to 05:00 in the morning, due to less passenger traffic at the airport, customs clearance operations usually only open a single channel. • Due to the inability to effectively differentiate customs clearance lanes during the aforementioned period, to maintain overall service quality and manpower allocation, entry and exit reception services will not be provided from 02:00 to 05:00.

• After completing the booking and providing the correct required information, the service is considered arranged, and no separate arrangement completion notification will be provided.
• On-site staff for exit service will only start waiting for and receiving travelers 2 hours before the flight departure. If travelers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff are arranged to wait, this is a normal operating arrangement.
• On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once travelers are guided to the designated customs clearance lane or enter the immigration inspection area, on-site staff can no longer enter the queue to provide assistance. Travelers must remain in the designated lane throughout the process. If they leave or change the customs clearance lane on their own, the service may be interrupted.
• If there is a large crowd and you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting point in time, please immediately contact customer service via WhatsApp, provide your order number, photos of the on-site environment, and your current location, and wait at the original spot as instructed.
