[Special Notes for Each Airport]
Ho Chi Minh City Airport (SGN)
- Ho Chi Minh City Airport is Vietnam's busiest international airport, with frequent flights and high passenger traffic. Daily from 09:00 to 18:00 is the peak period for entry and exit, and customs clearance may require waiting for more than 3 hours. This service can significantly reduce waiting time for customs clearance, but it does not mean no queuing or direct release. Please confirm your acceptance before booking.
Hanoi Airport (HAN)
- Due to Hanoi Airport's operating regulations, on-site exit service cannot be provided by staff holding signs to greet travelers. Please proactively add the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure and provide your order number to facilitate subsequent provision of meeting location and reception instructions. If you do not join within the specified time, it may affect on-site reception arrangements.
[Sign Holder]
- On-site staff will hold a sign with "VIP PASS" as mentioned above.
- If you do not see the sign holder, please contact WhatsApp immediately.
- Please refer to the image above for the meeting point.
[VIP Fast Track Service Notice]
- If you have any questions, please contact the supplier using LINE or WhatsApp. (Supported languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean).
- This service is only applicable to international flights. Please ensure that the service airport and the flight's arrival airport are consistent. If incorrect information leads to a mismatch in service arrangement time, it will affect on-site reception, and the traveler will be responsible for any related consequences.
- If changes to the flight or other issues cause you to be unable to arrive as planned, please contact customer service in time. If you fail to notify us promptly, you will be responsible for any resulting problems and losses.
- If the booked service airport is clearly inconsistent with the provided flight information, or if incorrect information leads to non-compliance with service conditions and the service cannot be arranged, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.
- Travelers are responsible for preparing a passport valid for more than 6 months, as well as relevant documents and visas for the purpose of entry, on the day of service use. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or agency.
- This service is only applicable to electronic visas. If the traveler has a visa on arrival, due to additional waiting and processing time, an on-site waiting service fee of 6 USD will be charged. Travelers are responsible for preparing relevant forms, photos, and fees.
- Travelers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional 5 USD and 2 passport-sized photos (4×6 cm or 2×2 inches) when entering Vietnam.
- Children: Refers to those under 11 years old on the day of service use. If the service cannot be used due to exceeding the age limit, no refund will be given.
[Purchase Instructions]
- According to airport policy, Vietnamese passports cannot be used for entry and exit customs clearance services, except at Hanoi Airport. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- If you are an outbound traveler and use other messaging applications, please provide your Whatsapp number, Line QR, etc. Our operator will contact you at least 2 hours before departure. If you do not contact us for assistance, we may not be able to provide the corresponding service.
- This service is a VIP fast track assistance service. The actual queuing time and customs clearance speed will depend on the airport's passenger flow and on-site arrangements on the day.
- If the service cannot be provided within a reasonable time after cooperating with the on-site process, please contact customer service immediately for handling. If it is confirmed that it is not due to traveler factors, a full refund can be assisted.
- This service is mainly provided during peak hours at the airport to assist travelers with entry and exit customs clearance procedures.
- From 02:00 to 05:00 in the morning, due to less passenger traffic at the airport, customs clearance operations usually only open a single channel. Even with the VIP fast track service, it may still share the same lane with general travelers. This is an airport control arrangement and not a service anomaly.
- Due to the inability to effectively differentiate customs clearance lanes during the aforementioned period, to maintain overall service quality and manpower allocation, entry and exit reception services will not be provided from 02:00 to 05:00.
- When booking, please be sure to fill in the correct flight number (e.g., VN579), do not fill in the booking code (e.g., AB3X9Q). If filled incorrectly, service cannot be arranged.
- If the flight is an overnight flight (e.g., departing from 00:00 to 02:00), please be sure to fill in the actual flight date when booking; for entry service, please fill in the correct arrival date and time; for exit service, please fill in the correct departure date and time.
- After completing the booking and providing the correct required information, the service is considered arranged, and no separate arrangement completion notification will be provided.
- On-site staff for exit service will only start waiting for and receiving travelers 2 hours before the flight departure. If travelers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff are arranged to wait, this is a normal operating arrangement.
- On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once travelers are guided to the designated customs clearance lane or enter the immigration inspection area, on-site staff can no longer enter the queue to provide assistance. Travelers must remain in the designated lane throughout the process. If they leave or change the customs clearance lane on their own, the service may be interrupted.
- If there is a large crowd and you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting point in time, please immediately contact customer service via WhatsApp, provide your order number, photos of the on-site environment, and your current location, and wait at the original spot as instructed.
- If you do not contact and confirm in the above manner and proceed with customs clearance or leave the designated process on your own, it will be considered a waiver of service, and no refund will be given.
[Frequently Asked Questions Q&A]
Q1: Does VIP fast track mean “no queuing”? A1: No. This service is a “VIP fast track assistance service,” not a waiver of queuing or direct release. During peak hours or when there are many people, a short wait may still be required, but it will depend on the fastest customs clearance method at the time. The actual customs clearance speed will be based on the airport’s passenger flow and immigration officer operations on the day. Q2: Why do I seem to be queuing in the same line as general travelers? A2: At some airports (especially Ho Chi Minh City Airport) during certain periods, VIP fast track travelers may be in the same queuing area as general travelers, but immigration officers will arrange different priority processing based on on-site arrangements. This is a normal operating situation and not a failure to provide service. The customs clearance lane will be adjusted according to actual on-site arrangements and is not a fixed or exclusive channel. Q3: Why do I still have to wait when using VIP fast track for entry into Ho Chi Minh City? A3: Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City is one of Vietnam’s busiest airports. From 09:00 to 18:00 daily is the peak period for entry. When flights arrive concentratedly, all travelers (including those using VIP fast track) may need to wait. The purpose of this service is to help reduce waiting time and guide the process, not to guarantee immediate customs clearance. Q4: Is it just someone leading me, but actually not helpful? A4: No. This service includes on-site guidance, process assistance, and priority lane arrangements, not just simple directions. Actual customs clearance still requires immigration officers to inspect passports according to law, and the customs clearance speed is not determined by on-site staff. Q5: Why can’t the staff accompany me all the way to the end of the queue? A5: According to airport and immigration regulations, on-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once travelers are handed over to immigration officers for inspection, on-site staff can no longer enter the queue or accompany them. This is an official operational restriction and not a service interruption. Q6: I have children or elderly people with me, why do I still have to queue? A6: Whether additional courtesies are provided still depends on the judgment of the on-site immigration officer. This service cannot guarantee no queuing or immediate customs clearance due to the traveler’s age, accompanying persons, or special needs. Please understand. Q7: Why do other travelers seem faster than me? A7: Customs clearance speed may vary due to the following factors and cannot be directly compared with individual cases of other travelers. Possible influencing factors include flight arrival time, nationality and visa type, current immigration officer operations, on-site passenger flow, and policy adjustments. Q8: My flight departs in the early morning, which date should I choose when booking? A8: If your flight departs between 00:00 and 02:00 in the early morning, please use the “actual flight departure date” for booking and filling in the date. For example, if the flight departs at 00:30 on June 2nd, even if you arrive at the airport on the evening of June 1st, you still need to select June 2nd when booking. The reception time for this service is arranged “2 hours before flight departure.” If you fill in the previous day’s date when booking, it may lead to incorrect service time and affect on-site reception. If you are unsure how to fill it out, please be sure to confirm with customer service via WhatsApp before booking. Q9: If I expect “no queuing at all,” is this suitable for purchase? A9: If you expect no queuing and immediate customs clearance, this product may not meet your needs. This service is a VIP fast track assistance service. The actual queuing time and customs clearance speed will vary depending on the airport’s passenger flow, flight concentration, and on-site arrangements on the day, and a fixed customs clearance time cannot be guaranteed in advance. It is recommended to carefully evaluate before booking. Q10: Will the staff hold a sign with my name on it? A10: No. On-site staff will only hold a service sign indicating “V.I.P PASS” and will not display the traveler’s name. Travelers are requested to proactively approach and present their passport for identity verification. Q11: Which travelers is this service suitable for? A11: It is suitable for travelers who are entering Vietnam for the first time, are unfamiliar with the process, need assistance with guidance, or wish to reduce uncertainty. If you expect no queuing at all, it is recommended to carefully evaluate whether it meets your needs. Q12: Why do I still have to wait for luggage even after passing immigration inspection quickly? A12: The VIP fast track service only assists with the immigration inspection process. Baggage unloading and carousel operations are handled by the airline and airport system and are unrelated to the customs clearance process. Even if travelers have completed VIP fast track, they may still need to wait for luggage with other travelers, which is a normal entry process. This service does not include baggage retrieval speed or priority baggage arrangements. If you wish to shorten the overall entry time, you can consider reducing checked baggage or allowing sufficient buffer time for transfers and connections. Q13: Why do I still use the same lane as general travelers when using VIP fast track in the early morning? A13: From 02:00 to 05:00 in the early morning is a period of less passenger traffic at the airport, and the airport usually only opens a single customs clearance channel. Therefore, even if you purchase the VIP fast track service, you may still share the same customs clearance lane with general travelers. This is an on-site control and operating method of the airport and is not a service anomaly. In addition, because the customs clearance lanes cannot be effectively differentiated during this period, to maintain overall service quality and manpower arrangements, entry and exit reception and guidance services will not be provided from 02:00 to 05:00. Please pay attention to your flight time and carefully evaluate whether it meets your needs before booking. Q14: What happens if I fill in incorrect flight information when booking? A14: If the provided flight information is clearly incorrect, such as booking an entry service but providing an exit flight, filling in the flight number as a booking code, filling in a domestic flight, or if the service airport does not match, the service cannot be arranged; if the correct information cannot be supplemented in time, the order may be canceled and a refund processed.

Reviews
I was met at the Vietnam Airlines Tranfer spot. The representative that met me, checked that I had all documents needed and took me through to my fast track line. I was through immigration in about 15 minutes. I arrived at 4.30pm on a Sunday and the immigration hall was packed. Best money spent for a smooth start to my trip.
I requested the service for arrival, and I also booked it for my departure. Initially, I didn't realize there were multiple companies offering this fast-track service. However, the company I chose allowed me to register on LINE and provided detailed communication in advance, so I intentionally booked with the same company for my departure. Just like for my arrival, they clearly indicated the meeting point with photos. After confirming my name with my passport, they guided me to the fast lane. I used the service around 9:30 PM. At this airport, after passport control, there's a baggage inspection, and the general queue for that inspection was extremely long. The fast lane, used by crew members and others, was empty. I would like to use this service again.
I arrived a little after 10 PM. I had been worried about how crowded Vietnamese airports could be, based on YouTube and Instagram, but it wasn't as bad as I expected that day, though the general queue was quite busy. As I got closer to immigration, many people were lined up at the barrier, all holding cards as markers. I was able to find the person in charge right away. Instead of me showing something, the staff member found my name on their roster and confirmed my passport. From there, I was directed to a less crowded area, and I passed through in no time. I think it's the same at any airport, whether immigration is crowded or surprisingly empty depends on the timing and luck. However, for those who don't want to waste time after arriving, I highly recommend this service. The photo shows the general queue, for your reference.
I saved a lot of time waiting in the immigration queue. I walked straight though, only 1 person ahead of me in the fast queue!
My final destination was Da Nang, but I had a 2-hour layover in Ho Chi Minh City with Vietnam Airlines. I later found out that I would have to go through immigration in Ho Chi Minh and that the immigration lines could take up to an hour, which made me quite anxious. However, I discovered and booked this service. The Klook representative simply guided us to a lane that wasn't the main queue. Since we are a family of four, it wasn't cheap, but we bypassed the massive lines and joined a priority lane with only about five people, completing immigration in about 10 minutes. I'm not sure if we would have made our connecting flight without it, but it was a necessary service for me. The ability to message them beforehand via Line or WhatsApp and receive quick replies provided a great sense of security.
So happy with this service. was so worth it for a speedy and smooth arrival. would absolutely use again and made the experience less stressful and also took us to luggage pick up and our hotel transfer.
When we arrived , a signage with VIP PASS from Klook was already there near the Immigration booth. We were then brought to the lane reserved for such, skipping the long lines, making our experience with Vietnam’s Immigration an ease
I can't comprehend not booking this service - we waited maybe 10 minutes to get through immigration while the other line looked like it would have taken hours. There was a man waiting for us with a "VIP Fast Track" sign as we came into the immigration hall, and he brought us straight to the shorter line. It probably had about 30 people ahead of us but went decently fast. Service exactly as expected :) Just to answer what others might be wondering - the service is truly just to get you into that short line. After that you're on your own, and there's no additional "fast track" to get you on to a domestic connection. Once we cleared immigration, we grabbed our bags and walked them over to the domestic terminal (we were transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight with Vietjet). We then had to wait in the standard Vietjet queue to re-check our bags, and clear the standard security - so you're still going to want to give yourself plenty of time between flights.
a definite must do, immigration took no longer than 10 minutes, with a person waiting at arrival with a clear name board and assistance with all documents.
Even though the immigration line at the time of our arrival was manageable, I didn't regret applying for a fast pass as it just took us 5minutes to go through immigration.
